Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product is defective, damaged, or misprinted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@stillaprints.com. Please note that items must be sent to the correct return facility depending on the fulfillment location.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package, or arrange a replacement. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Because all of our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size, color, or design choice
  • Sale items and gift cards

Custom and personalized products are also non-returnable, except in cases of defects or errors.

Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to report the defective item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

 
Please note that the EU right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to made-to-order or personalized products, including all Stilla Prints items. Defective or damaged products remain eligible for return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
